Our worship is warm, traditional, and family-oriented. Services are led by hymns and choir, with readings and responses that invite the whole congregation to participate. Sermons are grounded in scripture—often following the weekly texts from the Revised Common Lectionary—and aim to connect God’s Word to everyday life. Whether you’re a lifelong United Methodist or just curious about faith, you’ll find space to belong.
We love children, and children are always welcome in worship! Each service includes a children’s lesson led by the pastor or a lay leader. Worship bags and bulletins are available to keep little hands busy, and for extra wiggles we have a Wiggle Room at the back of the sanctuary with quiet toys and space to spread out.
Parking is available right in front of the building.
Social Hall: Ground level, through the doors on the left of the breezeway. (This is where The Gathering Place meals are held and where Preschool children enter.)
Food Pantry: Far left of the parking lot with its own entry. (look for the banner and brown Food Pantry sign)
Sanctuary for Worship: Use the front steps, or for ramp access, go through the breezeway and courtyard. The ramp entrance also leads to the church office.
Come as you are! Some people dress up, others come casual—it’s truly up to you. Whether you’re in your Sunday best or just glad you made it out the door with shoes on, you’ll be welcomed the same.
The best way to connect is to join in! You can:
Worship with us Sundays at 9:00 a.m.
Share a free meal at The Gathering Place (2nd Thursday of each month).
Volunteer with the Food Pantry.
Join a Bible study or ministry group.
Serve alongside us in community projects.
No matter how you plug in, we believe you’ll find Pilmoor Memorial UMC to be a place where faith is alive, friendships are real, and service makes a difference.
