Meet Pastor Josh
Pastor Josh has served as the lead pastor of Pilmoor Memorial United Methodist Church since July 2023. He is passionate about helping people encounter God’s grace, grow in faith, and live out the love of Christ in everyday life.
With a heart for Spirit-led ministry, Pastor Josh believes the church is called to be both rooted in its heritage and open to God’s preferred future. He enjoys creating worship that is both meaningful and accessible, walking alongside people of all ages in their faith journeys, and equipping disciples to serve in the church and community.
Pastor Josh is committed to making disciples for the transformation of the world by nurturing a congregation that is Christ-centered, service-focused, and welcoming to all. He has a special interest in intergenerational ministry, where children, youth, and adults learn from and inspire one another.
Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Josh finds joy in spending time with family, connecting with neighbors, and exploring the outdoors. He has been married to Elizabeth (Eb) since 2007 and they have two children, Madison (11) and Axlinn(8). He treasures Pilmoor’s strong heritage and its ongoing spirit of innovation—from launching ministries that meet real community needs to cultivating contagious faith that reaches beyond the church walls.
