The annual Elizabeth City District Laity Rally will be held on Sunday afternoon, February 22, at 3:00 pm at the First United Methodist Chuch of Elizabeth City. The speaker this year is Neil Alexander, head of the United Methodist Publishing House in Nashville. Peck is a noted author and editor leading the publishing house in the development of our new Hymnal.
